You’ve just asked to delete a Term from the Dictionary, which is fine if that’s what you really want. However, if the Term has been used in recipes, Mangia!  is apt to become confused the next time it encounters such a use. Since a Term can’t be undeleted once you remove it, the Delete-term Confirmation dialog is asking for your confirmation now.
